Adani Ports & SEZ reported a net profit of Rs 2,014.77 crore for the quarter ending March of FY24, a jump of 76% on year, against Rs 1,139.07 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,896.50 crore, an increase of 19% year-over-year, compared to Rs 5,796.85 crore in the Q4 of FY23.
The company has declared a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share. “The Board has recommended a dividend Rs. 6/- (@ 300%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholder at the ensuing AGM,” the company said in an exchange filing.
